What is Pilates?

Pilates uses a series of of low-impact exercises that are designed to develop core strength, create supple and toned muscles and improve posture and balance. Pilates encourages safe, functional movement and is often used for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

How Much Does it Cost?

Drop-in group classes are £12 or a Multibuy Credit is available for £60, which covers 6 classes.

What do I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement, such as leggings, tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt.

What should I bring?

All equipment, including mats, are provided so there is no need to bring your own to class. All mats are sanitised after use. However, if you prefer to bring your own mat please do!
